Facilities for Hire
BCV Lilydale Campus is an ideal location for Conferences, Seminars or Retreats. Located on 5 hectares in the outer east of Melbourne, BCV is set on a scenic hillside overlooking Lilydale Lake and township with views of Mt. Dandenong. The campus is a short scenic drive to the winery region of the Yarra Valley, Healesville and Mt Dandenong, which is ideal if intending to stay a couple or few days to include breakout or relaxing free-time.
BCV’s Chapel is a fully functional conference hall equipped with P.A. recording, data projection for lectures or screening movies from a DVD/VCR player. Seating capacity is upto 400 persons.
Lecture Rooms
Our lecture rooms are fully equipped with writing desks, whiteboards and optional projectors, with various seating capacities from 40 to 90 people.
Dining & Common Room
Are perfect for refreshments, with optional part or fully catered dining facilities (250 seating capacity). And our Common Room features foosball, pool table, table tennis and lounge area ideal for relaxing or having a bit of fun.
Bedrooms
Accommodation facilities include 20 pairs of single beds which can house 4 persons with shared bathroom facilities or 7 rooms that can accommodate married couples with 2 children (maximum beds are 108). Laundry facilities are also available.
How to Get There
The location is easy to get to from Melbourne CBD, driving through the Eastern Freeway and Maroondah Highway (45 minutes), or a short local walk from Lilydale Train Station.
